Where does Dio's Diary drop?
Confirmed drop sources are Legendary Chests and the DIO Raid. The Prestige Shop and Gang Shop also list it, though stock and pricing are patch-sensitive.
Do I need Dio's Diary before starting Journey to Heaven?
Yes. Dio's Diary is connected to the Pucci questline that begins Journey to Heaven. You will also need at least 1 Prestige completed before Pucci opens the questline.
Can I buy Dio's Diary without doing the DIO Raid?
